Sneak Peek: Trevor and Jackie Proposal!

Hands down one of the most wonderful, magical and special things to photograph is a proposal! This is going to be one fun blog post because there is so much to share! Trevor contacted me to photograph his proposal to his girlfriend Jackie. Before the big day Trevor and I met up (for coffee of course!) and planned the entire thing. We chatted and discussed exactly what he wanted and I shared some tips and pointers (which he did utilize I might add!). In the end, Trevor had the perfect afternoon and evening planned! Here are just a few images of the wonderful newly engaged couple!

So the afternoon started with some apple picking! The funny thing here is that I had an entire story about how I was a photo journalist writing an article on fun things to do in the Spokane area in the fall. I had this whole story made up and asked to get some photos "for my journal article". This was really cool because we got some great photographs before the big question was even asked and the entire time Jackie had no idea what was going on! It was pretty brilliant if I don't say so myself!

The moment of the proposal... "Will you marry me?"... Of course... She said "Yes!"... Congratulations to Trevor and Jackie! (Massive kudos to Trevor for hiring a wonderful photographer to capture the entire thing!)

Trevor picked out the perfect ring and Jackie couldn't stop staring at it! What a great image to capture the emotion!

Just moments after asking the biggest question... The newly engaged couple shared an absolutely beautiful kiss. Joy, happiness, love... This is what makes photographing a proposal so magical... moments like these!

So the day included picking apples and walking through a pumpkin patch! They had so much fun!

Of course hiring a photographer for the proposal means you've gotta get a great photograph of the ring! I'd say Trevor picked out the perfect ring for his bride-to-be!

This couple even makes walking look fabulous! I only hope that I get to see, and maybe even photograph, Jackie walking down the aisle to say "I do" to Trevor!

When I had Jackie sit down for this pose she said and I quote... "Oh I love this pose"... Well Jackie, I hope this ever so cute photo lives up to your expectations!

I can't get enough of Jackie and Trevor. I adore this image... I think it could be titled "Loving Embrace"

Trevor and Jackie sure know how to rock the dip! A dip in the apple orchard! How absolutely perfect is this photograph?

Passionate and sweet! Trevor and Jackie knew how to create the perfect moment together!

I love black and white and I love this photo!

So Trevor and Jackie started the day boyfriend and girlfriend and ended the day engaged! I am so honored and thrilled to have been a part of such a special moment, especially for such a great couple! I hope to be a part of future special moments they share together!

Trevor had no idea he was going to get video of the proposal on top of photography (I figured he had a big surprise lined up for Jackie, I should surprise him with something!
