Sneak Peek: Storhaug Family

The ever wonderful Storhaug Family who has been a part of the Distinction Studio Family for YEARS! I LOVE being a part of capturing photographs with this family time after time! Watching them grow, laughing together, attempting to get kids to smile together, making jokes together, and just hanging out! This is their most recent photo session and we had two kiddos who were all over the place but we managed to snap some adorable photos of the busy littles! Starting off the post with a smiley photograph of the whole family! (Even their 4-legged family member!)

4 amazing kids who all have wonderful smiles... perfect for updating those photographs that hang on the wall and/or give to grandparents!

Photo sessions are not just for the "smile at the camera" photos... they are for photographs capturing life... playing together and having a good time as a family!

Photographs of Mom and Dad are a must... when the kids are off playing we create photo magic with the leaders of this crazy crew! Amanda and Jordan have become friends of mine over the years and although I think Jordan may think I'm crazy he always goes along with my shinanigans! Plus... Amanda is a rockstar raising 4 wonderful kids who are hands down just adorable!

The two littlest walking into the water together... during playing it's fun to be able to capture moments like this! The sibling bond is so precious!

Boys will be boys... but really... this photo is a classic... big brother picking up and carrying the younger two... that will make any mom's heart melt!

Never forget those moments of chaos... It's part of family life and it's beautiful! I love this image... there is so much going on and it sums up the love of a family so wonderfully! Also, I feel like this would be a fun photo to recreate in about 10 years ;-) Hummmm! Just a thought!

Walking together (or in Chloe's case running)!

Ending the post with a personal favorite! Dad and Mom watching the kids play... photos may have been all about playing but hey... don't stress it all worked out and we captured some adorable images together! I'm pretty sure Amanda (Mom) was convinced photos were a train wreck but hopefully this little sneak peek gives her hope there are at least a handful of photos she will love... I know there are photos that I love so I'm pretty sure we rocked it once again with the Storhaug Family!

To Amanda and Jordan... THANK YOU! Thank you for always supporting Distinction Studio and coming back time after time! You know I truly love you and your family! I am so grateful to always have you trusting me to capture photographs with you! I'm glad we enjoyed a less chilly time of year for photos and even though it may have been chaotic and slightly crazy during photos, I hope you embrace and enjoy all of your great photographs!
