Sneak Peek: Maternity Kasey and Jeff

As many of you know, I have started collecting maternity gowns for all the wonderful Mommy's to wear for maternity sessions! I am so excited to showcase another beautiful one... this is actually a gorgeous, flowy, chiffon skirt and you can pair it with whatever color of top you would like! I have a matching gray sash to go with it; and I've also got the pink sash that is showcased here! Kasey is the first Mommy to show off my beautiful gray skirt and she seriously ROCKS it, Kasey and Jeff are expecting a little girl so they opted for the pink sash (you know just as a little hint that they are having a girl!)... This couple was so easy going and such a blast to photograph! They are welcoming their first little baby into the world soon and I am honored to already have them scheduled for newborn photographs as soon as their little girl arrives! Before their little girl arrives, we had to capture this special time while they are a family of two... it won't be long, soon they will be a cute family of three! Congratulations Kasey and Jeff! Here is just a little sneak peek from their maternity session we had about a week ago! Enjoy!

Hand and hand together as a family of two! (Or really maybe I should say a family of 2.75?!?!)

Kasey looks stunning! There is something about a pregnant mom that seriously gets to me... so beautiful, so much love, and such a unique time, growing another little human. It is such a special, magical time and I am overjoyed to capture memories they will cherish!

That baby bump! Oh my goodness... SO STINKING PERFECT!

At the Distinction Studio private outdoor location we have a patch of yellow wildflowers (that thankfully the deer don't eat!)... and they are picture perfect in the spring! That little pop of yellow is just fabulous!

I love getting to know the couples (and families) I have the pleasure of photographing... it's part of what makes my job so amazing, I get to celebrate growing families and get to be a little part of their journey with them! I am so excited for Kasey and Jeff to welcome their first little one into the world! (and I'll be honest I'm REALLY excited to meet their little girl for newborn photos!)

I often get women who contact me about maternity sessions and say they aren't sure if they want to have one or not... I would ALWAYS SAY YES!!! Here's the thing, I've learned that many women don't feel beautiful during pregnancy and I think that is seriously the HORRIBLE; EVERY pregnant women is beautiful! You are growing another human, your body is not entirely yours, your body is going through so many changes and new feelings... I want to help make every women feel beautiful during this wonderful time! Just look at this image below, Kasey is radiating!

The sweetest of kisses from the one you love are always a good idea! Jeff impressed me, as we were talking I learned about some of the various things Jeff does both as a job and as a volunteer and let me tell you... this man is going to make an amazing Dad! He is one busy man but still makes time for the ones he loves and that shows the true strength of a husband and a father!

We can't wait to meet you!
