Sneak Peek: Joe and Carly Wedding!

So it's not often that I don't get to meet the Bride and Groom till their wedding day, but Joe and Carly live in Arizona and decided to tie-the-knot in the beautiful Pacific Northwest at a private residence. Long story short, I didn't actually get to meet this AWESOME couple until their wedding day! However, I have to say... Joe and Carly are seriously the best! They are two peas-in-a-pod... Caring, loving, and all about having a good time! I am honored to have been a part of their wedding day and can't wait to share photos from their special day! Enjoy!

As always, starting off the post with a smiley photograph of the happy couple! Aren't they just the cutest?!?!

As I was getting photographs together for Joe and Carly's blog post (which if you don't know actually takes a long time deciding which photos to share) I started going through and selecting photos... I hadn't even got to the reception photographs yet and I had over 70 photos!!! So I was able to narrow it down but I ended up taking out a lot of the detail shots... but here is the beautiful dress and the shoes with their wedding rings!

So much fun with all the ladies getting ready! I'd say this group is ready for a wedding!

The first look! (Seriously adorable!)

Please note during their first look that Joe had to barrow Carly's handkerchief... I think it's the beginning of that phrase "what's mine is yours!"... So sweet!

Time to share a few photographs of the beautiful bride and handsome groom!

I said Joe and Carly are so cute together... here are a few photos to show off just how cute they are!

Time to showcase the Bridal Party! DANG! A large bunch but they sure do look good! (We even got the ring bearers in the photo... the two dogs!)

These ladies just make everything look like so much fun! All those smiles!

I'll be honest about this photo below... I'm not entirely sure if Joe's wink was intentional or just a really good coincidence... either way though... I love it!

Time for a little attitude! These are some sassy ladies... watch out men!

I told the guys they had to pull off some attitude like the women did... I'd say they nailed it! What a great group!

But who could forget an adorable ring bearer like this! Complete with doggy suit and tie!

Just a little shout out the Misty of Cameo Events... She was on top of everything! Even making sure the pups were well hydrated! Seriously though... not many people can say their wedding planner goes the extra mile like this... Misty has thought of everything!

Time for the ceremony!

AWWWW... They made a heart! How cute! When you have a large bridal party like Joe and Carly... it's necessary to get a photo like this! Love all around!

Even if you don't wear a wedding veil for your entire wedding day... it's really the only time you will ever have the chance to... so I LOVE when a bride decides to wear a veil at least for a little bit (and long enough to get a few photos of course!)... Carly's wedding veil (made by her mom!) did not disappoint... When you have an epic veil... you've got to get a few epic photos... so here they are!

It's party time! Let the reception begin! Joe and Carly's first dance was so sweet! (Honestly, I would share more photos but I've gotta stop myself at some point!)

Cutting the cake!

Joe's groom's cake... It was a sub sandwich and fries so I found it fitting to get a photo with them sharing the cake-sandwich!

Joe and Carly had an fabulous reception and I think just about everyone got at least a little bit of dancing in! (Again, I would share more photos but I am trying to restrain myself and only share a few... otherwise I would go NUTS!)

To Joe and Carly... Congratulations! So I'm pretty sure I could write a short novel about how wonderful you both are and what a joy it was to be a part of your wedding day... I'll try not to do that however! I do want to note that even though we didn't get to meet until your wedding day, I feel like we are great friends now (which is awesome!)... and I truly hope we will be able to stay in touch! I mean I wouldn't want photographing your wedding to be the first AND last time I see you two! So, all that being said... welcome to the Distinction Studio Family... and I hope to photograph you both again and again! Congratulations... you are married now! I wish you all the best! Cheers!!!
